Go to Settings, then tap Export backup. The app will create a backup file and open the share sheet so you can save it to your files, email it to yourself, or send it anywhere you like.
Go to Settings, then tap Restore from backup. Select the backup file you previously exported and your plant data will be restored.
When you reach the 5-plant limit, you will see an upgrade prompt. Tap it to purchase the unlimited upgrade for a one-time fee of $1.99 through the App Store or Google Play.
Go to Settings and tap Restore purchase. As long as you are signed into the same App Store or Google Play account that made the original purchase, your unlimited access will be restored at no extra charge.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google through their respective stores. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, go to the Google Play Store, find the purchase, and request a refund there. We are not able to issue refunds directly.
Yes. All your plant data, photos, and settings are stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no analytics. We never see your data. See our privacy policy for full details.
